Burnside Heights is one of the suburbs that developed out of the Caroline Springs project, according to Victorian Places. About 6,400 people lived there at the 2021 Census. Households averaged 3.6 people, the equal largest in this site's build set, and 80 per cent of occupied homes were owned or being bought. Yards here are family yards, and many are on their second round of landscaping.
Melton Landscaping does not do landscaping. Your request goes to a local landscaper who works Burnside Heights.

Registration and permits
Planting, turf and garden maintenance are not registered work in Victoria. Walls, paving, decks and other structural work under a domestic building contract worth more than $10,000 must be carried out by a practitioner registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission, so ask who is registered and whether anything needs a building permit.

Frequently asked questions
Is synthetic turf worth it in a busy family yard?
It handles wear and shade well and needs little water. It costs more to install. See turf and lawns.
Can old timber retaining walls be replaced with concrete sleepers?
Usually, and it is a common upgrade. Drainage behind the new wall matters as much as the wall.
Is planting registered work?
No. Planting, turf and garden maintenance are not registered building work in Victoria.
