Melton West is part of the Melton township belt, on the western side of the town centre. About 8,800 people lived there at the 2021 Census, the median age was 36, and 94 per cent of occupied homes were separate houses, most of them owned or being bought. The landscaping work is mostly on established yards: refreshing gardens, replacing lawns and paving, and making the back yard more usable.
Melton Landscaping does not do landscaping. Your request goes to a local landscaper who works Melton West.

Before you book
Ask what the quote assumes about the ground under old lawns and paving. Rock turning up in a dig and old concrete to break out are common reasons a price moves. Any job that involves digging should start with a free Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) enquiry.
Registration and permits
Planting, turf and garden maintenance are not registered work in Victoria. Walls, paving, decks and other structural work under a domestic building contract worth more than $10,000 must be carried out by a practitioner registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission, so ask who is registered and whether anything needs a building permit.
