Updated November 2026
Eynesbury is a township south of the Melton township. At the 2021 Census every occupied home was a separate house, and about 90 per cent were owned or being bought, the highest owner-occupier share in this site's build set. Greater Western Water's August 2026 notice lists several Eynesbury stages for water, sewer and recycled water, which matters for anyone planning irrigation.
Melton Landscaping does not do landscaping. Your request goes to a local landscaper who works Eynesbury.

Water and council
Ask whether your property has a recycled water supply from Greater Western Water and what it can be used for in the garden. Eynesbury has straddled a council boundary, so check which council your rates notice names before asking about tree removal or permits.
Registration and permits
Planting, turf and garden maintenance are not registered work in Victoria. Walls, paving, decks and other structural work under a domestic building contract worth more than $10,000 must be carried out by a practitioner registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission, so ask who is registered and whether anything needs a building permit.
