Kurunjang is one of the suburbs Melton's housing spread into from the 1970s, according to Victorian Places, north of the town centre. Older yards, older problems
Older paving and walls are where drainage problems show. The basalt clays found north and west of Melbourne shrink and swell with the seasons, and water ponding against the house or behind a wall makes it worse. Ask the landscaper to look at where water goes before quoting new paving. Check with your council before removing or heavily pruning an established tree.
